You MUST fill out this form COMPLETELY to receive your confirmation which will automatically be posted on the calendar and which will reserve your date and time! After you leave your deposit it will take 24 to 48 hours to post. Don’t panic, if it doesn’t show up after 48 hours, call me. you may have provided incorrect information and the computer has rejected it and I would have to post it manually.
